SHIPPING & RETURNS
We typically ship products within 5 business days once an order is placed.
LOCAL PICK UP
If you are a local customer, you are welcome to place an order through the website and pick it up at the shop. Please call or email to schedule a time to pick up your purchase.
If you are a current customer, we will be happy to drop off your purchase when we are in your area. If you need your items immediately, we don't recommend choosing local delivery as it can be a week or longer before we are in your area to drop off your products.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are considered final. If you receive an item that was broken in transit or does not work, please contact us to discuss.
