Having a water feature doesn't have to be a lot of work. In fact, you should leave the maintenance to us. Just as you hire a company to take care of your lawn or your pool, it is beneficial to have us take care of your pond on a maintenance schedule.
We can often circumvent big problems by fixing the little ones during a visit. Most water features benefit from a routine maintenance plan.
Our maintenance plans are tailored to the specific needs of each client. We offer bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly plans.
We will come out to evaluate your water feature and discuss with you the many options available so that you can make a decision about what works best for you.
Our maintenance plan includes plant trimming and maintenance, cleaning out the skimmer and filter pads, removing any debris, adding water treatments as needed, checking all lights and equipment, fixing any leaks, winterizing the water feature if necessary, and keeping your water feature running smoothly.
There is no maintenance done during the month of a clean out and clients are not charged for maintenance that month, only for the clean out. The cost of the maintenance agreement does not include major repairs or extra services. If there are any issues or problems that are found during our visit, we will discuss it with you before ordering any products that are not included in your plan.
